Der Versand erfolgt per DHL. Lieferungen sind zur Zeit nur innerhalb der EU möglich. Sofern Sie aus einem nicht EU-Land oder Schweiz bestellen möchten nehmen Sie bitte per Mail Kontakt mit uns auf: hallo@woofstuff.de oder per Kontaktformular.

* Der Zuschlag für das Sperrgut fällt für Lieferungen an, die schwerer sind als 31 kg und nicht auf mehrere Pakete aufgeteilt werden können oder bei Paketen, die größer sind als 120 x 60 x 60 cm. In diesem Fall nehmen wir Kontakt mit Ihnen auf bzw. Sie finden die Information im Bezahlvorgang.

        RÜCKGABE UND UMTAUSCH

      • Nach Erhalt der Ware haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit, um zu entscheiden, ob Sie Ihre Artikel behalten möchten. 
      • Wichtig ist, dass die Artikel unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung zurückgesendet werden.
      • Beachten Sie bitte, dass Sie die Kosten für die Rücksendung tragen und das Päckchen von Ihnen ausreichend frankiert werden muss.
      • Die Rücknahme von Hundefutter, Leckerlis, Kauartikel, Nahrungsergänzung, Ölen sowie Gutscheinen ist ausgeschlossen.
      • Bei benutzten, verschmutzten, beschädigten oder nicht originalverpackten Artikeln behalten wir uns vor die Annahme der Retoure zu verweigern oder einen Teil des Erstattungsbetrages einzubehalten.

            REKLAMATION

          Bitte schicken Sie uns eine E-Mail mit der Angabe Ihrer Bestell- und Rechnungsnummer, der Beschreibung der Beanstandung, der Artikelnummer des Produktes sowie Ihrer Kontaktdaten an hallo@woofstuff.de. Wir werden uns umgehend mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen und eine Lösung finden.
